Scion Staffing (www.scionstaffing.com) is conducting the search for our clientâ€™s on-site Practice Manager. This full-time position is for immediate hire and operates from our clientâ€™s Princeton, New Jersey office.
With practices located in multiple states, our client offers a unique multi-disciplinary approach to their practice which incorporates clinical expertise and state-of-the-art technology with individualized patient care.
This role is responsible for overseeing two practice locations in Northern New Jersey and travel between both offices is required. Reporting to and working in close collaboration with the Regional Director, youâ€™ll manage teams who play an integral role in supporting practice operations and the growth of the company!
â€¢ Passionate about healthcare management. With 5 or more yearsâ€™ experience of medical practice oversight, you have a deep understanding of healthcare administration, clinic philosophy and policies, and operating procedures, as well as strong working knowledge of Managed Care, Medicare, and Medicaid guidelines.

â€¢ Create and support a positive and engaging work environment! Youâ€™ll be responsible for overseeing office operations and resolving operational challenges when the need arises. In addition to office operations, youâ€™ll also supervise employees who oversee time keeping records and scheduling.
â€¢ Hire, train, and work alongside HR to position new and existing clinic personnel for success; develop and/or arrange programs to meet the educational/skills needs of the associates upon hiring and on an ongoing basis.
â€¢ Prepare inventory reports and generate statements on a monthly basis.
â€¢ Maintain and organize all training for CPR, OSHA, and HIPAA.
â€¢ Uphold a working knowledge of practice aligned consumer products available to patients
â€¢ Manage facilities and the proactive maintenance of all office equipment.
â€¢ Optimize the flow of patients.
â€¢ Address patient billing issues when identified.
â€¢ Assure all appropriate licensure, certifications and/or accreditations are secured according to policy.
