You will be working with our customer-facing team and developers to discover and isolate bugs in our photobooth software and future hardware projects. Youâ€™ll be leading all aspects of the QA lifecycle, from shaping and testing cases to reproducing and closing out bugs.
â€¢ Create Regression and Acceptance tests based off Product Manager requirements
â€¢ Conduct quality assurance tests on our iOS and Windows applications.
â€¢ Identify, record, and document bugs with thorough reproduction steps.
â€¢ Answer and analyze customer support tickets to help prioritize bugs for the developers.
â€¢ Strong Communication Skills.
â€¢ Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes.
â€¢ Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
Nice to Haves
â€¢ High level of iOS, Windows, and Web proficiency
â€¢ Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
â€¢ Jira, Trello, Slack
