IT Support Specialist

Responsible for performing a wide array for IT related tasks ranging from mobile device configuration to network infrastructure planning. Work within a team to actively implement, maintain, and troubleshoot various devices and technologies for a wide ranging client base spanning multiple industries. This position requires onsite meetings and appointments with clients in professional settings.
Primary Responsibilities (but not limited to):
Â· Purchase, configuration, and installation of Windows and Mac based computers.
Â· Perform daily system monitoring for integrity of services and hardware.
Â· Perform change requests for various services and systems.
Â· Research technology trends and identify areas of improvement for client systems.
Â· Interface directly with clients to troubleshoot and resolve issues via onsite and remote support.
Â· Maintain and install network equipment such as routers, switches, and access points.
Â· Document all tasks and procedures as well as necessary client system information.
Â· Minimum of 2 years experience in IT consulting, MSP/VAR, or similar environment focused on commercial clients.
Â· Previous experience with Mac, Windows and Windows Server operating systems.
Â· Base knowledge of NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
Â· Base experience with HIPPA, SEC and PCI compliance.
Â· Certifications such as Network+, CCENT, CCNA, or ACTC highly desired.
Â· Familiarity with PSA and RMM systems.
Â· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Â· Ability to work without direct supervision.
Â· Desire to grow professionally.
