FLL based company Looking to hire a self starting support technician to provide phone and email support for our IP devices. Candidate must have good basic networking skills, an understanding of how to configure IP devices as well as overall strong computer skills. The candidate must be comfortable talking to end users on the phone and patient with handling their support requests.

You will also be responsible for walking customers through the product and solving their issues, whether the problem relates to a user error, a bug or something else entirely.
The candidate will also be responsible for communicating with our engineering staff about suspected software problems.
We would also like to find a candidate that could assist us with developing training materials and doing product training webinars with new customers.
