Richard P. Waltz Plumbing & Heating Co. is looking for a full time Project / Remodeling Manager. This individual needs to plan, direct and coordinate the designated projects to ensure that the objectives of the project are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters by performing the following duties personally or through the job foreman.

Supervisory Responsibilities to include:
*Meeting with customers; both residential and commercial, to explore their needs and requirements, prepare and deliver the estimates in proposal form.
*Coordinate planning and ordering of all needed materials to complete the project.
*Scheduling and conferring with project staff to outline the work plan, assign duties and scope of authority.
*Communicating with internal and external customers as to the progress of the project in a timely manner; provide technical advice including resolving issues that may arise.
*Need to have knowledge with and experience in all aspects of carpentry applications.
*Knowledge of City Codes and State regulations.
*Microsoft Word, Excel and CAD (preferred)
