Ideally, we would like someone who has worked for an ISP as we work with residential home networks.This position is 100% work from home and can be anywhere in the US. The job provides a lot of flexibility. We will provide a laptop and reimbursement for internet. We are looking for candidates who take ownership in the job and in turn we provide a lot of flexibility in return.
Hours - Monday thru Friday, either 8 to 5 or else 9 to 6.
-Basic networking skills
-Basic computer proficiency
-Over the top customer service
-Ability to work unsupervised
-Ability to adapt and learn. There will often be times you don't know the answer and you will have to have good problem solving skills to figure things out.
-Sales experience. This is mostly inbound, but some sales experience is required.
Nice to have skills:
-Call center experience
-Linux admin experience
-Aspiring programmers welcome (and will be nurtured, trained and excelled)
-Hacker (figure it out) mentality
We have the best, nicest customer base (no, I'm totally serious) but we pride ourselves in giving the best customer service ever. No pressure for call times - just keep the customers happy! :)
Compensation: $13 - $15 per hour
