The firm represents workers whose former employers violated their state or federal rights, including prosecuting claims for wrongful termination, wage and hour violations, discrimination, and sexual harassment.

The associate attorney will help to better support the firmâ€™s clients by working with other attorneys within the firm. There is a path to professional growth built into this position so that after demonstrated proven results, you may be eligible for promotion.
Associate attorney compensation will be $4800 per month as a base salary. There is a guaranteed minimum bonus, in accordance with the firmâ€™s bonus plan, that makes the total compensation at least $70,000 within the first year (less applicable withholdings and in accordance with the companyâ€™s payroll procedures.)
