If you are a seasoned Project Manager, strong in Atlassian Jira and Confluence, with a minimum 10 years of experience developing dynamic websites and managing a wide range of projects, we want to hear from you.

We are looking for a highly qualified and motivated individual to roll out and manage the Team adoption of Atlassian's Jira and Confluence, and provide leadership, mentoring, and training to improve operations and increase team productivity.

Required
• Bachelor’s degree in IT discipline required; Master’s degree desired
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience leading multiple programs / projects in parallel
• Must have 3+ years of experience in JIRA administration (workflow management, user management, data management and clean up, plan management)
• Strong analytics, scheduling, project tracking and client/team communication skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer-facing abilities as primary liaison and representative
• Must be comfortable working independently with minimal guidance in a fast paced environment
• Ability to lead teams through prioritizing and completing multiple concurrent projects
• Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Adobe

Preferred
• Experience using content management systems and digital asset management systems
• Experience developing training content and conducting webinars.

Responsibilities
• Plan and execute Jira administration and scheduling tasks
• Create and customize workflows, schemes and custom fields for tracking work progress and data within Jira.
• Connect with teams to gather and update data in JIRA
• Participate in team meetings and support common goals and objectives
• Guide web development team in designing user flows according to client goals
• Establish milestones and schedules to meet deliverables on time and within budget
• Monitor team activity for alignment with requirements and timeline
• Troubleshoot problems with development, integration and go-live
• Create reports and prepare presentations for management review
• Assist in identifying and documenting processes, policies, and procedures, and manage project operations
