We are a small, family owned agency who has been in business 25 years and are looking for a home based, part time manager to wear all hats and eventually be the general manger of the business with possible partial ownership down the road for the right person. We prefer someone with direct care and supervisory experience - RN, LPN or CNA but will consider anyone should they seem a perfect fit. Most importantly, you must be flexible, organized, self motivated and love people - our philosophy is to the best by our clients even if it's not necessarily the best for us, the rest will follow. We re not about the money first, we are about the people first and that includes our employees as well.

Job responsibilities will involve answering the phone (cell), scheduling appointments, meeting clients, scheduling cases/employees, addressing issues as they come and sales/marketing/networking. The sales/marketing/networking primarily involves finding places to leave cards and brochures, relationship building and attending the occasional networking meeting. For someone who enjoys marketing, we can create a compensation package tied to business growth.

This is a home based business and while it does not require a ton of hours it does require flexibility, some weeks you might work 10 hours, some you might work 40. In the end we expect it to average about 25 hours a week. You will have a cell phone which you can carry with you and have on when it is your turn to carry the phone and during those times you simply need to be able to be in a quiet place if the phone rings.

Also, we are hiring experienced (minimum of two years in a facility) CNA's for per diem private duty home care and hospice. Starting pay is $18 an hour, more for 10 years of experience. Retirees welcomed and highly valued. Seeking people for all day shift hours whether it be mothers hours, weekends, holidays (time and a half). You must be able to work independently without little supervision - we find the work, set up the clients and do the payroll and billing and you help to manage the client - so we need independent people with good decision making skills. We provide solid support to our aides but if you like to not be micromanaged please call us!

It is per diem so not steady work but sometimes it can lead to a nice, private duty job that lasts years if you are patient.
