PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
â€¢ Provide maintenance and ensure operation of high-end production equipment, such as roll-fed continuous production systems.
â€¢ Responsible for set-up, calibration, and performance of the equipment and systems.
â€¢ Provide real-time technical support of on-going operations.
â€¢ Produce "error-free/perfect work" by demonstrating operational knowledge in the use of duplication equipment used in the location(s).
â€¢ Troubleshoot all hardware and software issues associated with equipment.
â€¢ Maintain optimal machine performance by correcting simple machine problems (clearing jams, refilling toner, replacing machine oil, etc.).
â€¢ Maintain and order inventories of equipment parts in accordance with company guidelines and processes.
â€¢ Perform full range of servicing and repair service procedures to include diagnostics, installation, removal and retrofits on a core set of highly complex office products.
â€¢ Perform troubleshooting and repair, or replace equipment components, as necessary.
â€¢ Complete technical training on new equipment, as assigned.
â€¢ Plan and execute new system installations, to include system design, network planning, and equipment procurement.
â€¢ Perform other duties, as assigned.
â€¢ Minimum 3 yearsâ€™ experience providing IT to support to professional digital imaging enterprises.
â€¢ Ability to work with a variety of software workflow solutions, preferably Darkroom.
â€¢ Demonstrate required digital competencies associated with assigned products and level assignments.
â€¢ Proven history of successful problem solving and providing support for a variety of printer solutions.
â€¢ In-depth network design and wireless network configuration experience.
â€¢ Working knowledge of machine codes to report, in the event of equipment failure.
â€¢ Must have reliable transportation, and be ability to travel to area locations, as needed.
â€¢ Present professional appearance to clients by dressing in a professional attire according to company standards.
â€¢ Present a clean and organized working area.
â€¢ Ability to work overtime when required.
â€¢ Previous experience supporting a retail photography operation highly desired.
