I need assistance with writing a Motion to Recover all of my legal fees in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia Federal Court regarding Civil Case number # 1:11 –cv-921: All of the fees are not documented in the uploaded file. This can be performed on a contingency basis.

Here is want I need and would like to accomplish. I need to recover my legal expense/fees from a federal case from 2015. I need to file a motion in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia in Alexandria to recover approximately $500,000 to $758,000.

My story is too complex and involved to try to outline most of the details details in a text. In my proposal I attached a file outlining my initial costs of approximately $500,000. I won my federal case on March 30, 2015. Settlement was achieved in November 2015. The settlement was in the amount of $645,000.00, 40% ($258,000) went to my third civil rights attorney. However, what my third civil right attorney did was to write on my settlement agreement that I would not sue him or his firm and then later when his firm received the settlement check, he forged my name to the check.

The bank refused to cash the check and I was required to go down and provide identification and provide my signature. My intent is two-fold. I want to not only recover my legal fees from my first two civil rights attorney's (who by the way withdrew from my case, not following "due process", meaning I was not present at either of the initial hearings when they withdrew), but I also want to recover the legal fees from the third civil rights attorney. Is this doable or achievable?

My concern is that you may not be familiar with federal laws in the Commonwealth of Virginia. This was a high profile case that wasn't supposed to get to federal court, let alone win. It's imperative that I put forth a sound argument or motion. Is this something you believe you can achieve?
