The ideal candidate is one who has stellar clerical/written communication skills with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 360. The position will include heavy responsibilities of drafting and editing legal correspondence and document management. Candidate will also be responsible for answering and forwarding multi-line phone calls, scheduling, and expected to deal with all inquiries in a professional and courteous manner on the telephone or via e-mail.
We are "techy" and to succeed in the position, the ideal candidate will be computer savvy, as well. If you're bilingual (Spanish), even better! Familiarity with Clio is not required, but ideal.
