Want to work on the WATER? We are looking for someone who is great and focused on their work duties. Must have Quickbooks experience for a minimum of 3 years and is very organized.

2 Years+ Business QuickBooks Experience REQUIRED
Must have a considerable understanding of QB and accounting principles
Must be VERY detail oriented
Intermediate Excel Skills
Should be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills
Must exercise great time management and work efficiently towards goals and deadlines

DUTIES include:
Weekly: update bank registers, reconcile with bank online
Weekly: update Quickbooks OnLine to match bank registers, credit card statements and other accounts.
2 x / month, process payroll, and track worker pay rates
As needed: prepare invoices as instructed
Integrate our credit card processing with Quickbooks
Monthly: Reconcile Bank / Credit Card Statements
Monthly: Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statement.
Monthly: Prepare Royalty Calculations
Monthly: Prepare and file State Sales Tax payments.
Monthly: Reconcile company fuel purchases with member fuel purchases
Monthly: Reconcile expexted membership payments with actual payments
Other accounting and administrative duties as assigned/requested.
Ensure boat fleet is properly registered each year and all regulatory and tax filings are completed on time.
Support company owner in additional administrative duties.

Required experience:
Bookkeeping: 2 years
QuickBooks: 2 years
Business QuickBooks: 2 years

Limited Boat Club Membership after 90 days.
