Established Registered Investment Advisory Office, in business for over 25 years, is looking for an experienced assistant. Position is available immediately on a full or part time basis.

The ideal candidate would have experience in the wealth management/financial services industry. In addition the following skills are required:
. excellent client communication and problem solving ability,
. knowledge of excel reports/spreadsheets and so on,
. organized, attention to detail, and able to work independently,
. able to follow-up until the job is completed,
. must pass background screening.

This is a full time position, however part time is possible to start with. Training will be provided by my current outgoing assistant, depending on your skill set.

Compensation based on experience and attitude. Bonus and paid vacation.
