Employment and civil rights litigation law firm is seeking an attorney for immediate hire. Litigation experience is highly preferred, but willing to train the right person. The ideal candidate will have some knowledge of employment laws, and civil rights law more generally. Khadder Law Firm primarily represents plaintiffs in litigation, but also provides advice and counsel to employers for compliance with employment laws and regulations.

This is an opportunity to help grow a busy practice, with the prospect of forming a partnership down the road. If you are hard-working, bright, witty, passionate, can think fast on your feet, organized, confident, relatively computer and tech-savy, fun, and creative, and have a strong desire to use your law degree for the pursuit of justice, I look forward to hearing from you. It is extremely imperative that you have a great sense of humor, are laid back, and don't take yourself too seriously. You must also be able to work well under pressure.

This is a full-time position, but will consider part-time or flexible work hours. Potential to work remotely, but must also be willing to work from the San Mateo office as necessary. Must be willing to work late hours or on weekends from time-to-time.

Compensation depends on experience. Willing to consider alternative compensation arrangements in addition to base pay.
