This is an opportunity to help grow a busy practice, with the prospect of forming a partnership down the road. If you are hard-working, bright, witty, passionate, can think fast on your feet, organized, confident, relatively computer and tech-savy, fun, and creative, and have a strong desire to use your law degree for the pursuit of justice, I look forward to hearing from you. It is extremely imperative that you have a great sense of humor, are laid back, and don't take yourself too seriously. You must also be able to work well under pressure.
This is a full-time position, but will consider part-time or flexible work hours. Potential to work remotely, but must also be willing to work from the San Mateo office as necessary. Must be willing to work late hours or on weekends from time-to-time.
Compensation depends on experience. Willing to consider alternative compensation arrangements in addition to base pay.
To apply, please provide a cover letter, resume, and two writing samples. If you graduated law school in the past 3 years, a law school transcript would be helpful and preferred, but is not mandatory.
All applicants, including recent law school graduates, will be considered, but must be a licensed attorney or awaiting bar exam results.
