Job Description
Davidson Tutoring has been in business since 2000. We are looking for an Assistant Director to join our team immediately. The Assistant Director will perform a variety of administrative duties in support of the day-to-day operations as well as speak to tutoring families on the phone during the afternoons. The ideal candidate will have education experience, have a great personality, be very comfortable speaking to clients on the phone and experienced at wearing many different hats within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Technical/Copywriting
• Calendar Management
• Other Administrative Duties as Assigned

Education Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree

Work Experience Requirement
• 2+ years in the Education field
• 2+ years in an Administrative Role
• 1 + years in a Virtual Workforce

General Requirements
• Must have high speed internet
• Must have a webcam
• Must have a smartphone
• Must have a working personal laptop/desktop

Skill Requirements
• Type/data entry at 65 wpm
• Excellent Verbal Skills
• Excellent Written Skills

• Be able to follow step by step instructions
• Be able to think critically and problem solve

The ideal candidate will have experience with the following software/systems:
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
• Adobe
• QuickBooks
• High Rise CRM
