The Level III Tech for a growing IT Services company in Portland, Established 2002.
We are seeking a reliable individual to work remotely from their own office, no onsite work is performed.
The tasks will include Help Desk and Windows Server maintenance. Firewall (SonicWALL, FortiGate), management and support. Office 365 admin and email migration skills are required, as we are the full administrators for cloud technologies.
Answering support calls, help desk monitoring, and time management skills, and punctual communication is needed daily. Use of a personal cell phone and personal computer will be required.
Must have an extremely in-depth knowledge of the following:
1. Microsoft Windows servers all versions
2. Active Directory Master in migration, roles and features , delegation and management
3. Window Desktops, All versions
4. Hardware based on premise firewalls (SonicWALL, FortiGate, WatchGuard)
5. Help Desk Support and Management Duties.
6. Excellent Customer Service skills and communications
7. Hardware and Software Support , SQL configuration and support.
8. IT Services helpdesk representative , self-management , and other skills.
CompTIA Net+ & CompTIA Security+ or CCNA
