We are currently hiring experienced Computer Field Technician Consultants and professional System Engineers with Sales and Customer Service Experience to service our business and residential clients in Broward and Miami-Dade.

Our proven business model enables you to focus on providing top quality computer repair services and sales to business and residential clients in South Florida. Every day we market and advertise, set appointments and dispatch you to the client locations. You are compensated $25 to $35/hour for time on-site at client sites, plus commissions for sales.

This is a 1099 independent ‪contractor position, with potential to qualify to become a permanent employee.

Consultant contractors are responsible for having their own tools and vehicle for all travel related to the position and are responsible for their own business expenses related to the position including auto and business liability insurance.

Your Past Experience:‪‬
To be successful in this position you will have worked as a computer repair technician supporting home and business users. Or you may have worked in a business environment or for a managed services provider (MSP) providing computer repair and network server support to business clients. You have studied to achieve your industry certifications such as A+, Network+, Microsoft, Cisco, etc.

You will have experience with many of the following industry standards:
• 3 to 5 years providing direct ‪technical support, troubleshooting computer related hardware and software
• Microsoft Office and Office 365 - Word, Excel, Outlook configuration
• Google Mail and Google Suite
• Windows 10, 8.1 and 7 Operating Systems
• Microsoft Server - hardware maintenance, AD administration
• ‪PC hard drive imaging and configuration
• Network proficiency with TCP/IP, Routers, Firewalls, WAPs, Wifi and other networking devices
• Security Tools - Antivirus, Anti-malware, Ransomware remediation
• ‪PC desktop and laptop hardware setup and maintenance including installation and configuration of hard drives, NIC's, printers, and other PC accessories.‬
• Mac experience is preferred, but not required

• Strong communication, presentation, learning, and follow up skills
• Strong organizational skills to work within our team structure and manage responsibilities
• Full-time applicants only - we are not accepting applicants for part-time, sideline or second-job work. Our consultants are busy with customer appointments on a daily basis.

To be eligible to work with us you will agree to independent contractor status, non-compete, mutual non-disclosure and confidentiality agreements which are strictly enforced. We will provide and you will complete up to 5 hours of preliminary in-house training to be eligible for this position.
