As a Customer Support Advocate you'll be providing online support for our creative and expansive range of customers, including everyone from video producers to cattle ranchers. You're a great match if you're a natural troubleshooter, get excited by working closely with customers to unlock their potential within Airtable, and have the ability to deep dive and learn a technical product inside and out.
