We are seeking part-time candidates to join our support team. We run a 24 hour support operation, and are looking to fill multiple shifts throughout the day and night. Experience is a plus but not required, we are willing to train the right candidate.

Our company offers internet connectivity through a property-wide WiFi infrastructure that is proactively managed by our U.S. based team providing technical support directly to tenants in the 55+ demographic. Our offering creates value by providing an amenity that attracts and retains tenants through a superb user experience.
Dual Path support agents are knowledgable, patient and kind. We call our brand of tech support "Compassionate Support", and it works with all of our customers, no matter what their level of technical ability. We work with our customers mostly over the phone, but occasionally, we have on-site 1:1 resident engagements.
This position offers excellent flexibility, and can also be very low impact at times. There are shifts where 0 calls may come in, and during those times you arenâ€™t on the phone, you can clean your home, watch TV or do other work.
-Onboard or connect tenants to WiFi
-Change account passwords, info and help connect non-browser devices
-Remotely configure and troubleshoot client's equipment or simply educate tenants
-Create tickets in JIRA Service Desk
-Review and audit tickets from backup Tier 1 Call Center
Qualities & Skills
-Basic understanding of WiFi technology
-Compassionate and understanding attitude
-Ability to work with various computers, cell phones, tablets, etc.
-Professional communication skills and proper business email etiquette
-Strong organizational skills and capability to multi-task
-A "can do" attitude, proactive, diligent, self-driven and motivated
-Ability to work independently and without supervision
Other Important Factors
-Candidates must live in the United States, and have access to a phone (mobile OK), Internet and a decent computer. Work in an environment with little to no background noise for call clarity. Your calls will be recorded automatically by our phone system, and reviewed from time to time for quality control purposes.
Compensation & Hours
$15 per hour with opportunities for overtime if needed or desired. Hours are flexible and include evenings and weekends.
