Hiring a part time Executive/Personal Assistant. The entire purpose of this roll is to help the executive improve productivity and optimize time. The roll involves a lot of administrative work as well as personal assistance. The job offers some flex in schedule as well as some work from home hours and requires 2-3 years previous experience and must pass a background check. Pay depends on experience and availability (both virtually from your own home as well as in home office of executive who offices out of home office - $13-$25/hr)

Ideal candidate job requirements :

Email/Text management and correspondence
Scheduling (e.g. appointments, events, travel, doctor app, etc.)
Office product suite proficient as well as experience working in databases such as Salesforce and/or Goldmine. Organization (various types, files, home management, etc)
Research (pulling data reports, etc)
Phone support
Some Transportation (vehicle provided when working, airport p/u drop off, local client visits if needed)
Travel itinerary assistance (work trips or vacations)
Possible travel (unlikely but possible)
Running errands (may include: groceries, dry cleaning, etc.)
Shopping (may include: clothes, gifts, etc.)
Household management (scheduling and being present for maintenance issues, repairs, organization, etc)
Dog Friendly (tend to some needs, may be vet visit, feeding, company, etc)

Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED required (Some college, Associate degree preferred)
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Strong sense of responsibility and ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision
Proficient with Microsoft Office and databases such as Goldmine and/or Salesforce
Impeccable written and oral communication skill
Customer service skills
Candidate must have the utmost discretion and will be required to sign a non-discretion agreement to ensure privacy of all parties
Excellent organizational skills, as a large part of the job is assisting with time management and organization so you must be highly organized yourself.
Attention to detail is a critical component of the job
You will have to understand and follow instructions, as well as transmit information clearly and honestly and be able to pass a background check and provide references.
