Looking for a IT Support Technician to perform Onsite and Remote Support work for a growing local IT Managed Services Provider (MSP).

Our company provides IT support and services for various small businesses in the Las Vegas valley. The services we provide include: IT support and troubleshooting of workstations, servers, backups, anti-virus, networking, printers, and audio-visual equipment.
Your job responsibilities would include but are not limited to:
Troubleshoot and solve issues regarding:
- Network Connectivity
- Hardware and Software Issues
- Active Directory
- Mobile Devices
Set up, configure and maintain LAN, WAN, wireless networks and equipment
Set-up, monitor, maintain and recover system backups
Travel on-site to customer locations to perform technical support
Answer and respond to phone calls, emails, and other requests for support
Document and track status of support tickets and time spent on issues
Provide excellent customer Service to end users
Ideal candidates will have knowledge of:
Windows 7, 8, 10 Operating Systems
Windows Server OS
Microsoft Office 365
Basic Networking Fundamentals
Basic knowledge of computer hardware
Router, Switches, Servers, Exchange, Outlook, Mac OS
Service Desk & Remote Management Software
Additionally, the ideal candidate will have:
2 Years of Helpdesk / IT Support Experience
Strong technical troubleshooting skills
Professional attitude with good personal appearance and work ethic
Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills
Willingness to learn, highly motivated and think on your feet.
Education: Vocational, Bachelors, Associates
Certifications: Microsoft, Cisco, or A+ certification helpful but not required
