Primary Job Duties:
Communicate directly with clients regarding their business bookkeeping and tax needs.
Oversee accuracy, reasonableness, and usefulness of Quarterly Financial Reports for startups and small businesses.
Adapt reports and accounting systems to operate as the client needs.
Prepare quarterly financial management reports utilizing client-focused business metrics. Communicate with small business and individual clients via email, online meetings, and in person as needed.
Prepare Individual (including ex-pats), partnership (LLC), and corporate tax returns.

Must haves:
Passion for entrepreneurship and self-starting energy.
Desire to be a part of polishing processes and growing business client portfolio
Accounting degree with a concentration or equivalent and accounting classes and minimum 3 years bookkeeping + tax prep experience.
Must be adept with online technology in use and work comfortably in a paperless, cloud based environment.

Helpful qualifications:
