We are seeking a technical co-founder with strong software development experience and a proven record of developing and deploying technology.

More importantly you must be a risk-taker, a visionary, a problem-solver and a person that has dreams of starting a company.

---RESPONSIBILITIES---

*Develop mobile app & web platform in collaboration with the co-founder

*Build, test, deployment and iterative improvement of technology (prototype being developed and should be ready by end of year)

*Communicate directly with outsourced development team and oversee all technical work

*Help develop 12-24 month road map

*Work closely with co-founder on funding strategy, go-to-market plan, marketing and other critical plans for growth

*Collaborate with co-founder on vision for company culture, leadership and legacy


---KEY SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS---

*We are looking for an energetic, youthful and forward-thinking professional to work in a fast-paced and pressurized start-up environment

*5+ years of software development experience with the ability to work autonomously

*A very strong technical background in order to manage an outsourced development team and hire technical staff onsite when needed

*Experience in strategic technology planning, execution and policy development

*Strategic thinking, persuasive communication and strong business acumen

*Define requirements for new technology implementations and communicate them to key stakeholders

*Draft technical portion of company white paper

*Knowledge of latest/leading technological trends to hash out a build strategy

*Strong problem-solving, communication, leadership and organizational abilities
