Small IT consulting company looking for a part-time Helpdesk/Desktop Support and some Junior Network Admin tasks.

Responsible for on-site and remote IT support (phone support, remote to customer) of customers in small office environment (5-30 users).
Installation of new systems, support of existing systems and applications, troubleshooting connectivity problems, switching/firewall/wireless equipment (small office routers/firewalls/switches). Travel will be required to different sites. Also work from home on some projects is also a possibility.
Attire -- Business Casual
This is a contract opportunity with flexible hours and friendly user environment. Current workload requires between 8-15+ hours/week. Weekly hours can easily grow depending on how well candidate is doing.
Customer service is the main key in this role...technical skills can be learned and acquired, but giving good attention to the customer, follow-up and being courteous is paramount.
Current sites located in San Francisco, Oakland, Mountain View, Portola Valley, Los Altos, Marin, Sonoma
Compensation: Based on skills and experience. This is a part-time position but can lead to extra hours and even full time depending on workload.
Must have IT and HelpDesk experience and working with people.
Must be willing to learn new technologies, new skills
Must be responsible, punctual, require little supervision.
