ASE Group is seeking a strong bookkeeper to work with our QuickBooks Online clients. This role has room for growth, and is flexible in the days and hours that the work can be completed. For the right candidate, once we've established a rapport, this could be a work from home position with check-ins as needed.

In the beginning, this role will be 5-8hrs/week.
Requirements (please only apply if you have this experience):
-2+ years of bookkeeping experience
-Experience working with both cash and accrual basis accounting
-Experience working with businesses that carry inventory and sell products
-Sales tax collection and remittance experience
-Experience with invoicing
-Experience with QB cleanup and catchup bookkeeping
The ideal candidate will possess these skills:
-QuickBooks Online Certified ProAdvisor (if you are certified, please reply with proof of certification for preferred candidate placement)
-Excellent oral and written communication skills
-Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) expertise
-Detail Oriented and extremely accurate (we triple-check everything, so that we can give our clients assurance that they're looking at accurate documents!)
-Excellent Work Ethic
-Able to adapt to change quickly
-Requires minimal supervision, but will ask for help when needed
-Solution oriented (this is very important; when you discover a problem, you should also independently consider possible solutions and present that. It doesn't have to be the perfect solution, but it is the mindset that we all work to develop)
