Job Description:

Our Implementation and Support team is growing, and we're looking to add someone that is passionate about client support and all aspects of the implementation and support process. We hire experienced industry professionals who can educate our customers and troubleshoot system issues with patience and confidence.

As a Financial Implementation & Support Specialist, you'll provide first level support for our clients who use our financially related products. You'll plan and execute implementations for our clients' finance teams, educate and train new users on our ad sales, traffic and billing systems (WO Traffic & WO Network) and other related products. The ideal candidate will ensure our clients are happy and using our products to their fullest potential.

Here is what you'll be doing:

Develop a thorough understanding of the client's specific business objectives.
Support our clients with financially related how-to questions in a timely manner, ensuring their satisfaction and happiness with our products and service.
Take ownership of cases, troubleshoot, and resolve client's issues within a fast-paced, collaborative working environment with a positive attitude, confident and calm demeanor.
Collaborate with internal teams as needed, and provide detailed information regarding customer issues, requests and needs to bring resolution to the cases.
Educate and train customers on configuration and/or customization options. Troubleshoot configuration issues and recommend action plans for resolution.
Lead the implementation process, including creating a project plan, software installation and training new users via web based/video calls or travel to our clients' sites as needed.
Partner closely with clients and ensure their finance related data is accurately transferred into production environments.
Proactively seek out clients' needs of the product support and training function by building effective working relationships and rapport.
Juggle multiple cases and projects at once while proactively keeping clients updated.
Identify and document software defects and requests for enhancements in a clear and concise format.

Here is what we're looking for:

5+ years in a finance role preferably within a TV/Radio Station or Media Software Company
Experience working directly with customers
Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to quickly build relationships and rapport with customers
Strong technical aptitude and proven ability to learn and effectively use new technologies
Ability to lead trainings and presentations with confidence
Outstanding problem-solving and follow-up skills to resolve issues with a dedication to a positive customer experience
Strong written and verbal communications skills with the ability to communicate to a technical or non-technical audience in a friendly, professional, articulate manner
Strong organizational skills, ability to balance competing tasks, and meet deadlines in a rapidly changing environment
Proven ability to be self- motivated, responsible, pro-active, and successful in a self-directed position
Proficiency in MS Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook
Interest and willingness to travel up to 15%
Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable


This is position is 100% telecommute. General work hours are 9am - 6pm Pacific Standard Time and can change as needed depending on client locations.
