This is a remote and part-time opportunity.

Most of the work will be done remote, with occasional visits to resolve issues onsite (all sites are located in OC), if unable to resolve through other means.
You will be responsible for providing onsite and remote end user-support for software, hardware, and network issues.
You will be asked to rely on experience and judgment as well as pre-established procedure and instructions to identify, research and resolve technical problems.
Document, track and monitor the problem to ensure a timely resolution.
Can work independently and with minimal supervision.
Be the primary technician to travel to our customers for onsite support in the Orange County area.
Troubleshoot tickets in the queue via phone and remote support.
Resolve print, network and connectivity issues.
Performs other duties or special projects as assigned.
Ability to complete multiple simultaneous projects in a timely manner.
Make regular changes in both Active Directory and Office 365 environments.
2+ years customer support/help desk experience
Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
Ability and desire to provide excellent customer-service
Ability to work independently and communicate clearly in a dynamic environment
Knowledge and experience with Server OS (Server 2008 R2, Server 2012 R2)
Knowledge and experience with firewall management and switching (VLANS, etc)
Knowledge and experience with Windows OS (Windows 7, Windows 10)
Knowledge and experience with Office 2010, Office 2016 and Office 365
Experience with detailed documentation and ticketing
Preferred Certifications (at least one of the following):
Cisco CCENT or CCNA (preferred)
Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP)
