We are a small IT company looking for a senior level IT support technician to join our existing team of senior level support staff (all have 10+ years' experience). We provide support to small businesses (up to about 500 users per client) and service clients across Canada and into the US.

Our primary services that we offer are configuration and support for:
â€¢ Desktop and server hardware.
â€¢ Windows desktop and server operating systems.
â€¢ Linux desktop and server operating systems.
â€¢ Proprietary and open-source hypervisors.
â€¢ Proprietary and open-source communications platforms (email, xmpp, etc).
â€¢ High-performance shared storage servers (NFS, iSCSI)
â€¢ Enterprise level file systems (XFS, BTRFS, ZFS, etc.)
â€¢ Complete "AD domain" network configuration.
â€¢ Configuration and management of networking stack (routers, switches, APs, etc).
â€¢ Fully automated on-site and off-site backup systems.
Suitable applications must be able to "hit the ground running" supporting and implementing the majority of the above items.
It should also go without saying that all applicants must be able to communicate with clients in a professional manner have zero background "issues" and work "drama-free."
