Here's your chance to work at an High End Celebrity Fashion Show for charity! We're looking for volunteers to help us run the red carpet, fashion show, media check-in's, and talent arrivals. The event takes place on during fashion week "Saturday, October 13th, 2018 from 6pm-10pm inside the Boulevard3, Los Angeles, CA. There will be live designer fashion show, red carpet, celebrities, music, and more.

PR/Red Carpet Assistant: We're looking for volunteers to help us greet the celebrity attendees and walk them on the carpet. Simple and fun!!!

Production Assistant: This person will be the runner and main communicator for Event Producer. They will be asked to help with setup details and event guests check-in's.

Fashion Show Assistants: This group will be dedicated to the fashion designers, hosts and guest speakers. They will assist in any way needed at the show; help the models change during the show and other tasks as necessary.

Runners: These individuals will primarily be responsible for picking up anything we need from off-site from food donations to possibly our sponsors products. Other tasks may be assigned on-site if needed. Must have a car and a valid California drivers license!

Setup and decorations Volunteers: This group will be responsible for signage both in and out of the building, decorations in the venue as well as loading in event items (food, alcohol, raffle items, etc.) Other tasks will be assigned as needed.

Security: This group will be assigned to keep an eye on raffle items, auction items and designer items to make sure they do not walk. We will also post one person at the VIP entrance to monitor access. This group will report any issues directly to me and I will communicate with venue security as needed. Other tasks may be assigned as needed.

Cleanup crew: This group will be responsible for helping gather any of its items after the event. They will make sure all trash and recyclable items are cleaned up from around the venue and placed in the proper places for pickup by the service staff.
