An automotive parts and accessories retailer is seeking an experienced and talented Web Manager to assist with e-commerce operations in their Paterson, NJ office.

Applicants should have an above average understanding of replacement and aftermarket automotive parts, accessories, and tools - along with a reliable skillets in web content creation, MS Office, verbal/written communication, and customer-service oriented attitude.
This position is located in Paterson, NJ. Local W2 candidates only please. This is an onsite position - Monday through Friday.
Maintain and grow our catalog of automotive parts, accessories, and tools. Edit content for accuracy and updates, source and update product images, update inventory and prices.
Ensure consistency and accuracy across multiple sales channels, including eBay, Amazon, and Google Shopping.
Respond to customer inquiries, introduce upsells, process refunds/returns as needed.
Contact product manufacturers, vendors, and suppliers for product updates and new products.
Establish and maintain a social media marketing presence.
Auto parts industry knowledge and/or enthusiasm
Experience with an e-commerce content management system.
Degree in communication, marketing, web design or related field
Excellent writing, spelling, and grammar skills as well as strong oral communication skills
Basic proficiency in HTML and CSS
Above average MS Office skills (Excel Macros, VLookup, etc) a plus
Organized and able to work independently to effectively represent the company
