Cloud Voice, Surveillance Sales Engineer manages relationships with businesses, leads the sales process, attends customer site appointments, qualifies opportunities and works closely with Support Engineer to provide best design at competitive price to Mid Market Businesses in Southern California. The products will be mostly focused on Cloud PBX as well as On Premise PBX, SIP Trunks, IP Surveillance, Contact Centers, SBCs, gateways and server based systems.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Attend Appointments that are set by company
Create some appointments by creating relationships with mid market businesses
Maintain Sales Technical Certifications
Coordinate funnel and manage sales funnel
Full time Monday Through Friday availability.


Deep understanding of Cloud PBX, On Premise, Contact Centers, SIP and call flows
Some knowledge of network security principals, best practices and industry standard
Legal residence or green card is required.
Strong technical and interpersonal skills, and working knowledge of voice systems, networks, and applications.

The ideal candidate will have:

Some experience in basic system administration in a mixed Windows/Linux production environment
Experience in people management
Knowledge of Asterisk PBX and Session Border Controllers, in an enterprise setting

Helpful to have some knowledge in LAN, firewall, switch and router administration in an active production environment
