botkeeper is currently seeking a full-time phone/email support specialist. This position would be a full-time W-2 employment with a salary of $30,000-$40,000 (commensurate with skill and experience). This person would work predominantly from home but may need to travel to the corporate headquarters a couple times per year.
We are seeking candidates who possess the following skills:
*Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the client experience
*Assisting in resolving client inquiries
*Build client relationships as part of the accounting process
*Manage the resolution process for all client related issues
*Works in conjunction with the bookkeepers/accountants to improve processes resulting in customer satisfaction.
*Performs all job responsibilities in alignment with the core values, mission and purpose of the organization
*Experience with QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, Bill.com with a good working understanding of most components (QBO, QBD, and Bill.com Certification Preferred)
*Willingness to learn additional accounting platforms such as Xero, Sage, Intacct, NetSuite, Great Plains, etc.
*Consistent positive attitude
*Client service experience preferred (must have thick skin)
*Eager to contribute to growing organization(s)
*Experience with startups, small businesses, and/or non-profits
*Embrace and enjoy working with new technology
*Professional written communication
*Reliable and detail oriented
*Can manage time and tasks effectively in a work from home, results driven environment.
*2+ years of phone support
