Equivity is looking for a resourceful and experienced Salesforce coordinator to clean an existing Salesforce database, setup process and procedures for ensuring data is accurately entered, monitored and stays clean in the future. We are looking for somebody who has worked with Salesforce for at least three years, who is preferably Salesforce certified, and is experienced with database cleanup by implementing systems, utilizing apps, and training Salesforce users. Additionally, the coordinator would assist in transitioning from Salesforce Classic to Lightning. Equivity is a team of remote professionals who provide virtual administrative, marketing, and paralegal support to the company's clients. For this role, we are looking for a skilled Salesforce coordinator to assist one of our clients - a membership organization for high-level executives. You would assist the client by cleaning up the data in their Salesforce database and, over time, keeping it clean. The organization also needs help completing a transition from Salesforce Classic to Lightning.

Because we provide highly attentive service to our clients, you must be available to respond to client communications during the business day within one hour by email, phone, and text. All of this work is done remotely, meaning that you can work from home. We anticipate that this particular role will require around 10 hours per week. The selected candidate would be hired as a part-time employee of Equivity, not an independent contractor. The starting pay is $17.50. We are a growing business and are looking for a Salesforce Coordinator who is excited to partner with us and is interested in a long-term role with our company.

Position requirements:
• Bachelor's degree
• At least 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Coordinator or Administrator
• Experience utilizing apps to facilitate data cleansing
• Experiencing developing processes to ensure the collection of clean data and ongoing data integrity
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience transitioning from Salesforce Classic to Salesforce Lightning preferred
• Salesforce certification preferred
• Availability to respond to requests within an hour during the hours of 9 AM - 6 PM, Monday - Friday Eastern Time
• Your own laptop and smart phone with broadband access to Internet
• Quiet location in which to take phone calls
