We are a local Managed Services company searching for a MSP Lead Tech who can also serve as an escalation point for Jr. Technicians. This is a hands-on position that will require you to do anything from designing and implementing Active Directory based networks to basic password resets. You must be able to hit the ground running with limited supervision. This is a work from home position, so you will be required to have a dedicated and quiet work area at your home. Occasional onsite client visits will be required. You will be a part of a rotating on-call schedule and occasional after-hours work will be required for projects and server maintenance.

Job Role:

· Provides day to day Help Desk support
· Goes onsite to resolve technical issues as-needed
· Handles escalated and/or advanced support requests
· Participates in on-call rotation schedule
· Monitors all support queues
· Ensures support requests are handled in a timely and efficient manner
· Leads all IT Projects
· Assist and coach Jr. Technicians

Required Skills:

· Vmware ESXi 5.5
· Office 365 (MigrationWiz experience is a plus)
· Webroot
· Datto
· AutoTask
· SAN/NAS
· Windows Server 2003, 2008, 2012 and 2016
· Windows Desktop (7, 8 and 10)
· Macintosh Support
· Exchange Server (2007+)
· RDP, DCHP, DNS & Active Directory
· Hardware Troubleshooting
· Firewall Configuration & Management (Sophos, SonicWall and Cisco ASA)
· Excellent Customer Service Skills
· Ability to Mentor a Team of Junior Techs
