ALERT PATROL has an immediate job opportunity for an Operations Manager. As an Operations Manager, you will responsible for the pro-active operation, administration, and profitability of all Alert Patrol services within the assigned geographical territory of the designated area office through the application of sound business, financial, and growth-oriented management practices. This includes compliance and supervision of administration and operational contractual obligations, as defined by Federal, State, Local law and regulations, the API Security Officer Handbook, API policies and each security services contract serviced.

The person in this position is accountable for the successful execution of the day-to-day service delivery to all clients. The administration and operations of the local office, to include staffing, reporting, training, policy and procedural compliance. This Operations Manager must also ensure accurate payroll, billing and collections for all services delivered.
The Operations Manager is responsible to the VP of Operations to oversee and efficiently implement for all aspects of the order to cash process.

Specific Duties and Essential Functions
Provide direct supervision, guidance and support of operations personnel Work with the General Manager to assist in developing business for the office Ensure that the planned profitability of all services is realized by utilizing sound financial management principles and continual review of appropriate management information reports (e.g., Profit and Loss, Job Profitability, Weekly Hours, budgeting, collections and COMPSTAT) Ensure that Alert Patrol, Inc. is providing quality service to our clients and that these accounts are operated in a manner consistent with established policies, contracts, and applicable laws; maintain an active, strong client relations program by making frequent personal visits to discuss any problems or recommendations for the improvement of service provided Ensure that all operations personnel understand, and comply with, all applicable EEOC, wage and hour, and other laws governing employment. Work with Scheduling department and be able work security sites if needed.
