Full-time On-Site Maintenance/Repair Tech Wanted for newer, upscale apartment complex in NW Anoka County.

Represent the company in a professional manner.
Perform tenant maintenance service requests in a timely and efficient manner.
Perform various maintenance/repair functions in common areas, outdoor areas & tenant garages.
Keep the inside common areas and outside grounds well maintained.
Be available as needed for on-call emergency situations. (This person will carry a company phone.)
Paint apartments upon tenant move-out. (Interior painting experience is a must!)
Assist with secondary lawn care & weeding duties as needed. (We have a lawn company.)
Assist with snow removal as needed. (We have a plow company.)
Assist with various caretaking duties.
Management will pay for this person to get their boilers license.
Examples of misc. duties (not all-inclusive): trash/recycle compactor dumpster rotation, oversee trash chute & compactor usage for clogs, clean garages upon move-out, clean outdoor grills, maintain regular maintenance of all workout equipment, including lubrication and belt tightening to treadmills, conduct tests on and maintain emergency lights, conduct monthly elevator tests, inspect boiler system, inspect hot water heater, inspect water softener, special projects as assigned.
* Having your own tools is preferred, although not required.
* Although not required, living on-site is preferred. (2, 3 & limited 1 bedroom units available)
* Electrical, plumbing, heating/cooling and appliance repair experience are pluses.

* Candidate must have a minimum of one year of maintenance/repair experience.
* Candidate must have interior painting experience.
