•Proficient machine operator who also builds quality rapid prototype parts for Sales Department.
•Phone and onsite support of the end users by analyzing errors and troubleshoot problems.
•Analyze and repair mechanical or electrical issues.
•Train new users (operation, maintenance, software) and install EnvisionTEC Machines at customer site.
•May test developmental products - record and report all results to R&D department.
•Write/develop procedures for new products or component repair.

Skills and Education required to be considered:
•Associates Degree in Applied Science and/or Engineering preferred.
•Strong knowledge and experience in electrical and mechanical reasoning.
•Experience with CAD or 3D design software.
•Must have the ability to understand and clearly explain related technical issues to non-technical customers.
•Experience on Rapid Prototype machines and prototype building is not required but preferred.
•Good basic computer skills a must.
•Good hand skills, precision workmanship a must.
•Passport or ability to attain a valid passport is required.
•Bilingual - English / Spanish fluent both written and spoken - not required but a plus.
•Requires current and continuing right to work in the United States without sponsorship.
