We're interested in partnering with you in and around Orlando, our business is growing faster than we can keep up so we are looking to partner with licensed insurance agents to manage our growing business. We help families create a soft landing for their future retirement through effective education, proven financial packages, and long term support.

This is NOT a churn and burn, full of hype, under-delivering opportunity!

This IS a real, long term business with real classroom and field training, LOCAL (real people) management, and a predictable road map for your success.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, and helping others in a consultative way. You will be helping professionals and families properly prepare for their future retirement through the leverage of all the financial tools and solutions we offer.

Whether you do or do not yet have a lot of "insurance sales" experience... This can be a great fit, as we provide a very specific training to learn and benefit from this unique market. To be honest, some of our best producers are those with very little insurance sales experience.

Of course, experienced agents succeed well here as well... but you must be teachable and willing to learn a new (we think "better") way of doing business. The old ways of "overcoming objections" and hard core closing techniques do NOT work well with our valued market.

We are about helping people, not selling "insurance".

Your first-year compensation can be $75,000 to $95,000 with ongoing, residual income to follow, plus cash bonuses, amazing all inclusive trips (2018 was Bermuda, and 2019 is Hawaii), incentives and much more! This is an independent agent, commission-only role. We are here to help you get started!

Responsibilities and Duties

- Determines clients' particular needs and financial situations by scheduling fact-finding appointments
- Obtains underwriting approval by completing application for coverage.
- Completes coverage by delivering policy; planning future follow-up visits and evaluations of needs.
- Updates knowledge base by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal
networks; participating in professional organizations

Qualifications and Skills

- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Life Insurance License (have an active life insurance license or must be willing to obtain a license)
- Reliable Transportation

- Strong Work Ethic
- Ability to have strong disciplined work habits in an unsupervised environment
