Candidate preferably to have at least three years Family Law experience. This individual will be responsible for assisting with a busy and varied caseload. The ideal candidate will be able to prepare draft pleadings, and draft correspondence with attorneys and clients, be familiar with e-filing, be familiar with the divorce process, understand detailed preparation of financial disclosures, formal, discovery, hearing preparation and preparation of exhibit notebooks, calendaring and file management.

The candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be very organized, be able to communicate effectively, and the ability to prioritize tasks and be familiar with the Rules of Civil Procedure and the Uniform Dissolution of Marriage Act. Ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, E-filing, Office Management Software, Adobe Acrobat. Some telecommuting possible. Relaxed, supportive office environment.
