Interior Design firm specializing in Aging in Place, creating interiors that are beautiful, comfortable and safe for a growing population of seniors. We also do home safety reviews, relocations and assist seniors or others with a variety of interior design needs.

Looking for organized, computer and social media savvy, self-starter to assist in creating systems and processes to grow the business. Work side by side with the owner, assisting with everything from email inquiries, social media posts, blogs, billing and accounting to installations and project management. Part-time position with huge opportunity for position to turn into a full-time as business grows. Hours are flexible. Work remotely and in my home office.

Requirements:
Applicant must have strong writing, communication, organizational and social media skills, proficient in Word, Photoshop, Exel, Power Point, Quickbooks or other accounting/administrative software or ability to quickly learn. Degree or experience in Interior Design, In Design, AutoCAD & 3D rendering a plus. Ability to prioritize and handle a variety of assignments and tasks simultaneously. Passion for seniors and interest to learn more, a must.

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing furniture, fabrics, finishes and other items for projects.
• Preparing client materials, mood boards, presentations and proposals.
• Maintain and update client budgets, project binders and files.
• Prepare project finish selections, place and track orders.
• Assist in design proposals, invoicing, purchasing, follow up and delivery.
• Assist in workshop presentations, ordering marketing materials and supplies
• Oversee project management, tracking of project schedules.
• Create and maintain email lists and email campaigns.
• Blog writing and blog posts .
• Creating social media posts, including Instagram, Facebook and Linkedin.
• Assistance in website development, and updating information
• Build relationships with clients, suppliers and other service providers.
• Manage overall company event, workshop and trade show calendar.
• Create lists identifying community partners, organizations and events.


Other Requirements:
Have a car and be willing to drive, own computer.
