We have an excellent opportunity available for a Project Assistant for our busy Litigation Department. The Litigation Project Assistant provides general support to paralegals and litigation attorneys.

Primary responsibilities include:
Responsibilities include general office and clerical duties, such as:
• Document production and trial preparation
• Organizing and managing case files including all documents contained within each file through case file tracking systems
• May be assigned a particular task within a case or work on a case from start to finish
• Perform other tasks, as assigned

• Paralegal certificate or a minimum of three (3) years' experience in a law firm, is preferred
• Strong time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure on time-sensitive projects
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
• Ability to work effectively on a team and with all levels of personnel
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Superior knowledge of legal terminology, documents and the legal process
• High-level attention to detail
