I'm a transactional real estate attorney and I'm looking to get into landlord-tenant so I can offer a more complete service for my clients. I need an attorney who can serve as co-counsel, going with me to hearings, or in lieu of me, helping to review leases to advise clients on how they can get out of it, and helping out with pleadings. In plain English, I have no litigation background and I need help so I can represent condos, coops, management companies etc with their litigation. Pay is 50/50 and we have to be able to keep our prices reasonable.
