Legal Assistant Clerk: you must be prepared to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment focused on commercial litigation and assisting injured victims in personal injury cases. This team member will work under the supervision of the senior paralegal to perform clerical duties such as document numbering, labeling folders, copying, filing, organizing files, gathering medical records, drafting non-legal correspondence and this position often requires substantial client contact in the form of meetings, phone calls and emails. Computer and organizational skills are required.

Education requirements: enrolled in an associate degree, undergraduate program or possessing an associate or undergraduate degree is mandatory. Ideal candidate exhibits excellent grammar skills and a love of writing. Must be willing to work approximately 25 hours per week for a starting hourly rate of at least $25.00 depending on experience.
