Our team at the National Christian Foundation (NCF, https://www.ncfgiving.com) is looking for a graphic designer who specializes in taking existing creative designs made by a creative designer and using them as templates to produce a high volume of similar communications materials. The position could be part-time contract or potentially full-time permanent for the right person.

Typical work assignments will involve in PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite (Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), the full Microsoft Office Suite, and website content management systems.
For example, you could be asked to update this PowerPoint presentation (https://www.dropbox.com/s/6k4k6mdo6tmxzqg/Old-Presentation.pdf?dl=0) to match the updated style in this presentation (https://www.dropbox.com/s/g9b6kh67a98v7jv/New-Presentation.pdf?dl=0). The first is our old PowerPoint style, while the latter is in our new style (though we are working on an all-new look). So the assignment would include updating visual elements, icons, fonts, flowcharts, graphs, etc. to match the new style ... though ideally, over time, you would understand content and NCF's business processes enough to make decisions to streamline or re-design the flow of content (in other words, not merely re-creating a slide exactly, but perhaps proposing a better way to express the concepts).
Another example: You could be asked to re-create dozens of forms, applications, or text-heavy documents such as https://www.ncfgiving.com/forms/givingfundapplication and https://www.ncfgiving.com/uploads/files/resources/ncf_giving_solutions_-_the_essential_guide.pdf. We are working with our creative design firm to develop an entirely new look for pieces like these, but they will design one new application, for example, which means you would use that new design to update our other 10+ applications.
The ideal candidate would:
- Have very strong attention to detail and "eagle eye" proofing skills (a natural ability to spot and fix errors, inconsistencies, style-guide violations, etc.)
- Have strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
- Be ok with repetitive design assignments that often do not involve the creative side of graphic design
- Have a strong, growing Christian faith
- Be located in the north Atlanta area with the ability to come in to our office regularly (not required)
Because of the potential volume of candidates, we apologize in advance if we do not respond to you after your submission. We will do so quickly (1-2 business days) for qualified candidates.
Thank you for your interest!
