You will be working alongside our Software and Technology Team to provide tier 1(first-line support to our customers) by answering how-to & technology related requests and delivering clear directions over the phone, via Email or Webex.
We are using technology like RFID, Wireless, IoT, Mobility.

This may include, but not be limited to; systems implementation assistance, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Other job duties might include writing documentation, documenting of software implementation at the client side, working with the data conversion tools developed internally, includes troubleshooting skills and patience with clients.
