Entry level helpdesk - systems / networking - operations job employment

Managed Service Provider in need of entry level help desk support.

Responsibilities;
Answer incoming help desk calls and general office calls.
Assist customer with desktop and general computer issues.
Triage customer calls for higher tier support.
Take on small projects and tasks.
Onsite customer visits.

Requirements;
Past help desk and computer support experience.
A+ certification or proven technical experience.
Good working knowledge of Windows 7, 10 and Microsoft Office Suite.
Basic understanding of PC networks.
Good verbal and written communications.
Ability to setup at home office with reliable Internet.
Professional appearance and manners.

Position is part time but will transition to full time as work load increases.
Position is work from home after brief training period.
