Affiliate Marketing Company hiring a Part-Time Virtual Bookkeeper/Customer Service.

Ideal Experience:

• Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online. (Preferably Certified)

• Extremely tech savvy.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Skype

• Accounting and strong math skills.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as be a team player.

• Strong and Professional customer service.


• Process Affiliate Payments every Monday.

• Send Advertiser Invoices every Monday.

• Follow up with Advertisers on Unpaid Invoices via email and Skype.

• Verify Stats On Advertiser Networks

• Provide email support to affiliates and advertisers daily (average 10 emails daily)

• Willing to step up where needed and assist Affiliate Manager

This position would require you to be available during business hours every Monday.

Part-time work for the rest of the week (Tuesday-Friday) (10-15 hours)
