The Business Development Director is an excellent communicator with the ability to speak and write clearly and concisely in both English and Spanish. The successful candidate is a self-starter with a demonstrated ability in cold-calling, follow-up, and closing deals. We value individuals who are fearless, coach-able, and can deliver desired results.
Essential Job Functions:
-Ability to acquire new accounts thru high volume outbound cold-calling, research and lead generation, networking and marketing opportunities with legal firms, particularly in the US Hispanic markets.
-Manage negotiations and close transactions while providing information on the client's return on investment.
-Consistently perform to the highest level, exceeding each month's new business and revenue goals.
-Work closely with Account Executives in communicating performance results to clients and continuously exceeding client expectations for excellence.
-Proactively communicate with C-level executives on all matters relative to sales pipeline and any "at risk" client relationships.
-Must be fluently bi-lingual in both Spanish and English with impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
-2+ years of professional services sales experience required.
-2+ years of Hispanic market sales experience preferred.
-Proven experience with Saleforce software application.
-Demonstrated track record of driving revenue as an individual while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
-Effective presentation skills required.
-Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other technical suites.
-Understanding of advertising/media industry a big plus.
-BA/BS degree preferred.
