You must be excellent at building rapport with guests, showing genuine interest, and asking questions on the fly as the conversation flows.
You must be able to think on the fly and under pressure. Modifying how you podcast and interact during the interviews.
If you are someone who has to research everything before they can act and someone who has to plan everything beforehand, this job is not for you.
Podcasts are 25 min long on average. You will be using an intro and outro script, however the podcast itself is NOT scripted.
As you podcast, you will learn all kinds of amazing info about blockchain and other future technologies. This is a tremendous opportunity to be PAID to LEARN about all kinds of near term future technologies.
Podcasting hours will be 8am - 5pm on the weekdays, however, you will have your own schedule an availability, so the specific times are based on your availability.
You must own a smartphone with an unlimited calling plan, and have a quiet place to do the podcasts.
At the end of each podcast, you will use a simple script to thank the guest, notify them that the podcast will be live in 1 week, and then to offer them to participate in an upcoming conference we are holding in Dallas in September.
You will offer to send them a media kit. And will schedule a follow up call for our sales team to review the kit to see if your podcast guest is interested in becoming
A sponsor. Speaker, or exhibitor at the conference.
You will not be asked to sell anything nor will you ask for money.
You will be paid weekly through direct deposit as an independent contractor (1099 not W2). The compensation for this position is $30 per podcast. We expect you to have plenty of podcasts to do - approximately 15-30 podcasts a week.
